【Highlight of 6th Floor】The First “Nintendo” Flagship Store Settles In
Floating this time first came to Shibuya Parco’s busiest 6th floor, the biggest highlight here is of course the first physical flagship store of Nintendo “Nintendo TOKYO”, the entrance can be seen super large Mario.
“Nintendo TOKYO” is an official store directly operated by Nintendo, which sells Nintendo game consoles and software, Nintendo dolls, handbags, melamine plastic bowls, sketchbooks and other stationery character peripherals. It has become a hot topic in the game circle since its opening.
“Nintendo TOKYO” of course also has the popular peripherals of Nintendo’s hot games such as The Legend of Zelda.
Recently, there are a lot of advertisements on the streets of Japan for the third-person shooter game “Splatoon Splatoon”, which sells hot as soon as it is released. Players use paint guns to fill the field with the color of their team.
There is also a “Switch Game Area” in the store, where you can try out the latest Nintendo games.
【Highlight of 6F】”Pokémon Center SHIBUYA” Occupied
Opposite the Nintendo flagship store, you can see a life-size Super Dream model in a blue capsule, which is the “Pokémon Center SHIBUYA”. If you look closely, it will breathe with the flow of water!
Pokémon Center, the official direct store of Pokémon, has many locations in Tokyo, mainly selling Pokémon-related products, and the store is decorated with a futuristic sense of technology.
The “Pokémon Center SHIBUYA” has a lot of Shibuya limited items, such as a series of peripherals designed in collaboration with the famous illustrator “Number-D”.
A variety of Pikachu plush dolls, bags, stationery, phone cases, cookies, etc. can be found here.
At the Shibuya store, there is also a “Pokemon Design Lab” area. After purchasing a T-shirt in the store, you can go to the touch-screen machine here to design your own T-shirt pattern, and then ask the store staff to print the T-shirt on site. You can get your exclusive Pokemon clothing in 30-60 minutes.
【6th Floor】”JUMP” Physical Store
The 6th floor also has a physical store of “Weekly Shonen JUMP”, which is special here is that you have to draw a time to enter, not just arrive.
So Pao-erh only patted Luffy’s statue at the entrance.
【6th Floor】”CAPCOM” Physical Store
Shibuya Parco also has a “CAPCOM” peripheral store, their popular IPs include “Monster Hunter”, “Street Fighter”, “Resident Evil”, “Rockman”, and there is a “Ryu” statue making a “Hadouken” at the entrance.
Next to it is the “Fire Dragon” from “Monster Hunter”, remember to hold up the tachi with both hands!
【5F Food Restaurant】Chinese Soba Specialty Tanaka Soba Shop
Shibuya Parco 5F is the RESTAURANT SEVEN area, with 7 restaurants such as revolving sushi, tempura, ramen, etc.
Among them, the most Japanese students lined up is the Hakata Nagahama Ramen specialty store “Chuka Ramen Specialty Tanaka SOBA Store” from Adachi-ku, Tokyo. Their “Niku SOBA” has soft and tender roast pork on top.
【10F Rooftop】”Rooftop Park”
I like the open space of the city, why not come to the “ROOFTOP PARK” on the top floor, looking at the glass curtain reflecting the blue sky, the worries of work are all gone.
The design of Shibuya Parco incorporates the unique “through” and “slope” of Shibuya Street. The spiral design can be seen on the 4th, 8th and 10th floor outdoor plazas. Walking on the wooden deck area, you can enjoy the view of Shibuya Street outside, or lie down on the grass and look at the sky.
【B1 Food Street】CHAOS KITCHEN
The most popular restaurant street in Shibuya Parco is located on the B1F floor, named “CHAOS KITCHEN”, symbolizing the vitality of Shibuya’s chaos, disorder, and breaking tradition.
The entire CHAOS KITCHEN environment design is from the architect Fujimoto Sosuke, imitating the image of Shibuya alley, allowing everyone to shuttle between the paths, and every time they turn a corner, they will have a surprise feeling.
CHAOS KITCHEN The coolest restaurant in Tokyo is the bird, beast and insect izakaya “Mito CIRCUS” specializing in insect wild flavors that have been popular for a while. The space is like entering a psychedelic world, a row of glass jars filled with insects that are shocking, and the restaurant sells various strange beasts and insects dishes, including insect ice cream, insect rice balls, giant centipedes, and alligator feet.
There is also a futuristic “Future Japan Hotel & SAKE BAR” where you can enjoy a variety of Japanese sake flavors.
CHAOS KITCHEN’s most popular queue-up store is “Gokuwariya”, a barbecue shop founded in Fukuoka. After becoming popular, it opened a hamburger patty store, an offal pot store, and a beef tongue store. The Shibuya Parco store is a hamburger patty store. Its signature dish “Half-cooked Hamburger Patty” uses Iwami beef, a brand of black-haired beef from Kyushu as the main ingredient. The hamburger patty can be cooked to the desired doneness and has 6 flavors. It is so delicious.
